Terms and Agreement
All custom products are hand made. please allow a 4-8week turn around (longer for hand painted). Choosing live option can prolong the turn around time. All product disputes need to be returned. I will send you a return label through USPS. At that time I will asses the product to see if it can be fixed or I can give you store credit for a new product.
